2.Shipping ways

Usually we use  DHL/EMS/HK post... fast shipping.Remote area shipping fee excluded, for addresses listed in the Remote areas on DHL/Fedex website, will be charged an extra USD30-60. 

3.Installation

Suggest you install this unit by professional technician.Installation fees must be paid by buyer.  If you received a broken defective item,keep the original package and make a photo to us within 3 days.

4.Warranty and return

All our items are tested to ensure working properly before shipping and come with a 12-month manufacture warranty.The warranty will not cover damage from improper installation, accident, misuse, abuse, improper wiring, and incorrect voltage operating the unit against the instructions in the owner's manual. It is buyer's responsibility to pay for return postage and ship the item back to us. Please inform us of the reason of your order revocation and send us a clear picture or a video as a proof.
